Baker and Farris, Attorneys at Law, has successfully represented individuals in bankruptcy proceedings for over 35 years.  It is our firm’s belief that personal attention and dedication to each case is an absolute necessity.  Anything short of this standard is unsatisfactory and not the reason clients come to our firm.  We are unlike some law firms that advertise bankruptcy services, some of which are located outside of Northern California.  Other firms run their business as a “bankruptcy mill” without providing the personal attention to each case that we believe is needed and deserved by the client.

OUR ATTORNEYS

Ken Baker has been in practice in Chico since 1973.  He graduated from University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  He is a member of National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), California Bar Association, Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum, and specializes in all forms of business and civil litigation, estate planning and bankruptcy.

Nikki Farris is licensed in both Colorado and California.  She has been practicing for ten years.  She went to University of Denver School of Law.  She is a member of National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), California Bar Association and the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum.  Nikki specializes in bankruptcy, estate planning, and general business matters.
